Happy Bastille Day!
A Review in Panels of Bond No.9 Nuits de Noho

Happy Bastille Day to all my French friends!

The power went down in the area where my host is located, and while they do seem to have got things up and running again (or else I could’t be writing this) do be patient if Scentzilla seems to disappear again. They are on the job.

Now then, onto a dramaticized review of Nuits de Noho:

Have a great weekend everyone!

So are you the lady who says it is a boring Angel clone, or the one who smells jasmine, anise and rosewood? I am certainly the former :-(

  2. Scentzilla! Says:

Well, it is an Angel clone, but there’s a nice touch of warm woody fruit to it that keeps it from being boring on me. Right after the top burns off it reminds me happily of Cassandra Blanc, which is why I think I liked it so much. It’s not groundbreakingly original, but it’s a pleasure to wear, so it gets a thumbs up. Nothing wrong with stuff that’s just nice to wear :)

  3. Marina Says:

There absolutely isn’t anything wrong with that. Said she, happily spraying herself with Flowerbomb Extreme. :-)

  4. Marlen Says:

OMG! I love it! You’re cleverness never ceases to amaze me, and I used to think that I was the arbiter of all things clever….maybe I’ll try being wise instead. Anywho…Noho just wasn’t different enough for me to hold onto it, though I loved it nonetheless.

  5. Scentzilla! Says:

Marina: Well, I like the FB Extreme, too, hee! Though weirdly, I don’t like regular FB that much.

Marlen: Aw, shucks, thanks. And you’ve got clever and wise both covered: you’re already my favorite wiseguy :P
