I am intrigued by the SIPs (and I have a sample of one of her scents that someone passed on to me) but I am just too off put by the pricing, I am afraid.

Musky is ok. In fact, musky is good. I love Muscs Koublai Khan, which is an animalic musc if ever there was one :-) Another scent that makes me think of slightly unwashed semi-divine creatures from the Greek mythology is Vine by Strange Invisible Perfumes.

lolacosmetics.com and sephora.com are the first two off the top of my head. I think Lucky Scent might sell samples? It’s really musky though, M, no lie.

This sounds very appealing. I am going to google and find out who might be selling Lola. I will just keep the name a secret from my husband with just as loopy sense of humour. :-)
