Halloween is being reviewed on Monday…very nice! I could think of nothing Halloweeny to review :-( I guess I could review Cool Water or L’Eay d’Issay, the scariest scents ever…(apologies to the fans of these two scent, they are absolutely and utterly vile on my skin). I am thinking of reviewing Zagorsk, you know, incense to shoo away the bad sprits :-D

Incense to scare away bad spirits reminds me of another tradition to string bells up to shoo away evil spirits and malicious faries.
How ’bout doing a candy or chocolate scent? Or for some reason, licorice and/or anise scents make me think of witchy things. And shoot, I just suddenly remembered Ghost Myst, too, which is brilliant on my sister. Not so brilliant on me, however, which is probably why I didn’t think of it.
To me right now the scariest scent has to be Anais Anais. I picked up a lotion on Sephora’s clearance, and set the box on top of my dresser. Good lord. The smell of it was downright pernicious. I’m pretty sure it was trying to take over the world. I started having nightmares about the tyranical Anais Anais stalking me and coming to get me in my sleep. It’s an otherwise pretty fragrance, but I had to take the lotion and seal it up in a plastic storage box in a cabinet under the bathroom counter. It took two days for the smell to clear out of the bedroom. Frighteningly powerful stuff that Anais Anais.
